All complaints received through E-mail are downloaded and printed and sent to the concerned section for further action on the complaint. Complaints received through E-mail which do not have the name and complete postal address are treated as pseu- donymous and are dealt with as per the guidelines of complaint handling process. There is no self generated acknowledgment of complaints received through E-mail. The printed copy of the complaint received on E-mail is dealt with as per the guidelines of the complaint handling process.
